Filling up:

Fill your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle with clean drinking water (we recommend purified or distilled) just below the neck of the bottle.
Do not overfill your bottle to the brim. leave a small amount of room at the top of the bottle so the Hydrogen can dissolve back into the water.
Make sure your bottle lid and base are cranked as tight as possible so you create an airtight seal during the H2 cycle.

Power On:

To power on your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle:

Quickly press the power button once (1 beep)
Quickly press 2 times if you want 10 minutes (2 beeps)

** It's important to not press and hold the button for any amount of time as that will trigger the off function.

Power Off

To turn off or cancel

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds (2 beeps)

Friendly reminder:

Hydrogen is the smallest, lightest element in our universe. That means it will try to evaporate out of the water if not consumed immediately.

After you run a cycle with your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle, all of the water inside becomes the supplement. That means to get the most H2, you need to drink it quickly before the hydrogen escapes.

This is why the EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle was lab-engineered to be 8oz!

The following dose recommendations are designed to meet your body’s needs depending on your demand.

Minimum Dose: 0.5 mg/L

The minimum therapeutic dose for anyone is 0.5mg/L which is 0.5 PPM or 500 PPB.

Average Dose: 3 mg/L

For everyday wellbeing, EVOLV recommends least 3 bottles of EVOLV Hydrogen Water a day.

Athletic Dose: 4-5 mg/L

If you’re all about boosting your athletic performance, go with 4-5 bottles.

Recovery Dose: 5-6 mg/L

And for those tough recovery days after a hard workout or recovering from an injury, 5-6 bottles is your go-to.

H2, The SMART Antioxidant

You absolutely want to drink a lot of water. But you do not want to replace your regular water bottle with the EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle…

Why?

Molecular hydrogen is a supplement. And you wouldn't want to take your supplements all day long.

If you drank hydrogen water all day long, you would become desensitized to h2 which is not what you want. The H2 needs to enter your body and spike your levels very quickly so it can enter your organs and perform its duties. Then it evaporates out of your body after 30-45 mins.

The EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle uses an electrolysis process to infuse the water with H2.

Water molecules are held together by covalent bonds. A covalent bond, in this case, is where oxygen and hydrogen atoms share electrons.

During electrolysis, the electric current breaks the covalent bonds, separating the water into hydrogen and oxygen glasses.

We use the highest standard SPE/PEM filter with a release valve to create, purify and vent the waste byproduct out ensuring the water remains pure. See our SGS report here.

Once produced, the hydrogen gas dissolves into the water contained in the bottle.

To prevent the tiny h2 molecules from escaping into the atmosphere, the EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle is equipped with a high pressure seal and extremely strong components to capture and dissolve the hydrogen using immense pressure (150 psi). This ensures that the hydrogen gas remains dissolved in the water long enough for you consume in a few gulps.

The addition of hydrogen into water does not add or change the taste of the water. The only thing that gives water a taste are contaminants, such as chemicals, metals, or minerals. Many customers report that hydrogen water is the best-tasting water they’ve had.

We designed our bottle based on research backed studies. The EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle is designed to give you the most concentrated dose 5 PPM of hydrogen. The shelf life of hydrogen requires immediate consumption. Thus, a larger volume of water becomes excessive especially if the concentration of hydrogen less than the EVOLV's 5 PPM.

Hydrogen water will last in an unopened EVOLV bottle for up to 10 days. If the bottle is open Hydrogen’s half-life is 2 hours, this means every 2 hours, there is half the molecular hydrogen available in the bottle! Hydrogen is the smallest element in the universe, as such it is challenging to keep it contained for very long. Another reason for our 8 ounce design.

Of course you can! Many of our athletes pour their hydrogen water into a cup and gently mix with their supplements. Keep in mind that additives may impact the molecular structure of the water, and stirring will release the dissolved hydrogen faster. So you may have to drink more water to get the same amount of hydrogen as unflavored water.

For regular cleaning, remove the base before washing the container with mild detergent.

Handwash only using a mild detergent. Never put any parts of the bottle in the dishwasher.

Never submerge the base of the bottle. If needed, spot clean the outside with a damp cloth, keeping the charging port dry at all times.

Once per month, descale your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle bottle. Fill it with warm water and add a few drops of white vinegar or citric acid. Let it soak for 45 minutes.

Do not let the membrane dry out, so it's important to re-assemble your bottle after cleaning and refill with water. You may also leave a tiny amount inside if you prefer to throw out the water before your next use.

Always re-assemble and store your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle with a small amount of water inside to keep the membrane hydrated. If you're storing it long-term, use distilled water and replace the water as needed.

The EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle battery is rated for 70-75 minutes of continuous use. That's approximately 7 x 10 min cycles or 14 x 5 min cycles.

Firmly press and slightly twist the cable where it connects to the battery to get a better connection. It might seem a bit annoying, but it should help!

There is an exact way to activate your cycles. It's a waterproof design, so here's how it works:

To activate, quickly press the power button once, quickly (1 beep)

It's important to not press and hold the button for any amount of time as that will trigger the off function.

Also please make sure to remove the protective cap from the base of the bottle by unscrewing the bottom from the clear bottle.

If you accidentally left it running with the cap on, you will need to run 2 cycles at 10 minutes back to back to rehydrate the h2 membrane.

If you see a few big bubbles like these in your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle, that simply means the protective cap is still installed in the center of the bottle:

Simply unscrew the base of the bottle, remove the protective cap, and watch your worries fizzle away!

To avoid leaks, do not overfill your bottle to the brim.

Leave a small amount of room at the top so the hydrogen can dissolve back into the water. If you don't, the hydrogen will force itself out of the bottle due to the 150 PSI of pressure it creates (a regular car tire holds about 34 PSI, so it's a decent amount of force).

Ensure your bottle lid and base are cranked as tight as possible to create an airtight seal during the H2 cycle.

Take a look inside your lid to make sure the compression seal is in place. It is the silicone ring that looks like a gear in the photo below. It needs to be secure inside the lid for your EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle to build up pressure. If it is missing or damaged, it will need to be replaced to infuse the H2 into the water properly.
