Imagine my despair being notified my EVOLV product had been delivered, yet it was not in my mailbox. Although there are policies the Postman must follow, he apparently left the package on top of the stone wall the mailboxes are in, or on the ground... rather than delivering to my front porch. I immediately wrote EVOLV, who promptly replied, giving instructions to follow to resolve the situation. Following those instructions, and letting them know the Post Office was of no help... they again promptly responded, letting me know they would replace the item.
