We received or Evolv bottle and immediately put it to work and with in two weeks,and both my wife and I started to really notice improvements to our health, we had more energy, our appetite was curbed and were sleeping better. Then the problem occured, the evolv bottle would not turn on, ( I suspect the" on "button had a malfunction.) . We contact Evolv by email, they we very fast to respond, ask us a few questions and sent us a prepaid return shipping label, asked us to take a picture of the receipt from the post office and send it to them, as soon as we did this they promptly sent us a new one, This company is fully behind its product and its customer service, in the age where a lot of company's only care the sales not the service this is refreshing and earned my respect and loyalty. I love my H2GO bottle. I made the mistake of buying one of the cheaper generic silver bottles that are rebranded by various companies first. Stank of chlorine every time I used it. Binned it after a few days. Been using this one for about 3 weeks now and it has honestly got rid of all my various aches. I feel generally more energetic and less aches. I do wish you hadn't chosen to use a proprietary charger though. Should have used USB-C but other than that I can't fault it 💪🏻

Got mine a week ago and the results r Amazing!! Don't go cheap..Other brands r testing Positive for Chlorine!!..ur bottle must make 5000ppm or it's useless and waste of $$...I'm loving the Results .!!
