Im absolutely inlove with this water bottle. We received or Evolv bottle and immediately put it to work and with in two weeks,and both my wife and I started to really notice improvements to our health, we had more energy, our appetite was curbed and were sleeping better. Then the problem occured, the evolv bottle would not turn on, ( I suspect the" on "button had a malfunction.) . We contact Evolv by email, they we very fast to respond, ask us a few questions and sent us a prepaid return shipping label, asked us to take a picture of the receipt from the post office and send it to them, as soon as we did this they promptly sent us a new one, This company is fully behind its product and its customer service, in the age where a lot of company's only care the sales not the service this is refreshing and earned my respect and loyalty. Good solid unit, high hydrogen output, 6oz water but 5.4 PPM hydrogen, don’t have to drink a ton of water!!

The company helped troubleshoot and also pointed out that the se was missing from inside my lid. They responded to my texts quickly. I was sent a prepaid label and mailed the broken piece. I should receive my new bottom part tomorrow. Thank you.
