Im absolutely inlove with this water bottle. We received or Evolv bottle and immediately put it to work and with in two weeks,and both my wife and I started to really notice improvements to our health, we had more energy, our appetite was curbed and were sleeping better. Then the problem occured, the evolv bottle would not turn on, ( I suspect the" on "button had a malfunction.) . We contact Evolv by email, they we very fast to respond, ask us a few questions and sent us a prepaid return shipping label, asked us to take a picture of the receipt from the post office and send it to them, as soon as we did this they promptly sent us a new one, This company is fully behind its product and its customer service, in the age where a lot of company's only care the sales not the service this is refreshing and earned my respect and loyalty. I like it. I think for the price it should come with 2. One filled with water ready to be hydrogenated and another you drink and then swap them. But I like it. Haven’t noticed any particular difference but the water tastes ok

Product itself is great so far. Product packaging was high quality. Packaging for shipping not very protective of product.
