Refund policy

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return and ensure the item(s) get back to us. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase with your order number
  • a brief explanation of why you are returning your item
  • items must be undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories
  • a picture or video of your item
  • Orders after May 7th will be eligible for free returns if shipping was paid on the original purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged and Defective Items

We perform thorough quality checks before processing orders and take the utmost care while packing the product to ensure it won't get damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if possible. This information is helpful to ensure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced right away.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Start your return by emailing us at returns@tryevolv.com

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded (excluding shipping) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
