Refund policy
Our return policy allows returns within 45 days from the delivery date. You have 45 days from receipt of your item(s) to request a return and return the item(s) to us.
To be eligible for a return:
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, including your order number
- A brief explanation of why you are returning your item(s)
- Item(s) must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories
- A picture or video of your item(s)
- A picture of the lot number on the bottom of the bottle

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

Damaged and Defective Items
We perform thorough quality checks before processing orders and take great care while packing products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please include:
- A description of the damages or the issue
- Pictures or a video of the item(s)
- A picture of the lot number located on the bottom of the bottle
This information helps us ensure our products are packaged and shipped properly. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the damaged or incorrect items to be replaced right away.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We restrict the return eligibility of the EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle based on our Warranty guidelines. The Limited Warranty excludes coverage for issues caused by improper usage, such as using any liquids or additives other than clean drinking water, extreme water temperatures, neglecting care instructions, excessive pressure, disassembly, improper cleaning, general wear and tear, and damage from accidents or extreme temperatures.
Please note that the EVOLV Hydrogen Water Bottle is NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only the top two pieces. Never submerge the base; wipe with a damp cloth, avoiding electronic components. See our Warranty page for complete details.
If the shipment is refused at the delivery address provided at checkout or fails to clear customs and is returned to our warehouse the cost to return the shipment to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund (excluding shipping) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
